Another Textile Project Has Been Identified As Follows: The Development And Industrialization Of Environmentally-Friendly Flame Retardant Multiple Heat Transfer High Wool Like Special Filament Has Reached The International Advanced Level.

　　 In December 14th, Zhejiang Shaoxing, ktai special fiber technology Co., Ltd. and Shaoxing University jointly sponsored the China Textile Industry Federation science and technology guidance project "the development and industrialization of environmentally-friendly flame retardant multiple heat transfer high wool like special filament". The meeting was presided over by Wang Yuping, deputy director of the China Science and Technology Development Department of the Sino spinning Union. The appraisal committee, composed of academician Jiang Shicheng of the Chinese Academy of engineering and Professor Wang Hua of Donghua University, gave a high evaluation to the project. It agreed that the project formed a complete set of process system for environment-friendly flame retardant multi heat displacement high wool like special filament, and built an industrial production line. The overall technology reached the international advanced level.

The project takes the special flame retardant and low melting point polyester and polyamide, conductive masterbatch as raw materials, and designs and develops series of fibers, such as coloring multi leaf section, multi diameter fiber, low melting point fiber, conductive fiber, etc., and has prepared three kinds of multi-functional fibers, which have multiple thermal response structures, antistatic, moisture absorption, flame retardance and other multi-functional raw liquid coloring high wool like special filament.

The project has made many technological innovations and breakthroughs. The special drying process has solved the problem of easy agglomeration of functional materials. The two distribution of the conductive masterbatch components of the composite spinning component has been reduced to a direct distribution method and technology, which has solved the technical problems such as not easy drying of the conductive masterbatch, easy deposition and degradation during spinning, and the innovative application of special elastic technology, such as low tension drawing, high deformation temperature, small false twist ratio, and so on, and has realized the simulation of multiple vertical and horizontal structure of the fiber through the programmable controlled multi variable speed and cam differential stretching technology.
