Vietnamese Government Promulgates Rules For Implementation Of Environmental Protection Law

In this (2019) May 13th, the Vietnamese Prime Minister promulgated the agreement No. 40/2019/ND-CP to supplement and amend the implementation rules of the environmental law.

Specifically, the 4 agreed amendments and amendments include: agreement No. 18/2005/ND-CP of February 14, 2015, environmental planning, environmental strategy assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plan; agreement No. 19/2015/ND-CP of February 14, 2015, implementation rules for environmental protection law, agreement No. 38/2015/ND-CP of December 31, 2014, management of wastes and wastes, and approval of 127/2014/ND-CP in April 24, 2015.

Agreement No. 40/2019/ND-CP also stipulates that the documents that have been received before the entry into force of this Agreement shall continue to be processed in accordance with the provisions of that time (except those agreed on in agreement No. twenty-second and 18/2015/ND-CP 38/2015/ND-CP, sixty-fourth), or unless the applicant has the intention to comply with the agreed provisions of 40/2019/ND-CP.

Agreement No. 40/2019/ND-CP has been agreed to repeal: agreement No. 18/2015/ND-CP has been agreed on eleventh, 19/2015/ND-CP twenty-sixth, 30, 34 to 36, fifty-fifth third to 6, and Appendix 5. 38/2015/ND-CP agreed on ninth fifth and fifth items, item a, B, bar, bar, bar, item, B, item and clause.

Agreement No. 40/2019/ND-CP has been effective since July 1st of this year.
