The giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. (NYSE:BABA), Alibaba joined International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (referred to as IACC) international anti fake alliance, making many tortious brands uneasy and dissatisfied.

According to the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, the Michael Kors Holdings Ltd. NYSE:KORS (NYSE:KORS) has withdrawn from the alliance to protest against IACC's acceptance of Alibaba, while the French family leather brand Longchamp SAS long and the fake counterfeit League alliance Unifab, which are made up of world-renowned brands, also criticized the decision of IACC.

Michael Kors Holdings Ltd. Ltd. wrote to IACC to protest, saying that many brands are trying to sue Alibaba, and that Alibaba's decision to put the fake on the shelf is under way.

Lee Sporn, general counsel of Michael Kors group, said in her letter that Alibaba had been saying nothing about counterfeiting.

In fact, Michael Kors's attitude basically represents the anger of the famous brands in the market on the serious selling off of Alibaba platform. After a well-known brand Gucci Gucci and its parent company Kering SA (KER.PA), a brand of Kai Yun group launched two lawsuits in the us to Alibaba.

The public opinion market also has unified criticism and irony.

On Monday, the Dow Jone am Co Daily's Bloomberg rival L.P. Bloomberg's Bloomberg news also published "Alibaba 's 40000 Thieves" on the Wall Street journal, which taunts Alibaba and its founder Jack Ma Ma Yun.

The author, Tim Culpan, said Ma Yun was invited to participate in the May spring summit of the alliance. Perhaps Ma Yun would send 500 guests to the Duncan Clark Duncan Clark's latest biography of Alibaba and Ma Yun, Alibaba: The House that Jack Built, the author of the Tim.

Amason's Kindle version of the book sells for $14.99 and 500 for a total of 7495 dollars, but the author then referred to the Tech in Asia speculation that Ma might buy it on Taobao, while Taobao's lowest price only needed 0.43 cents, naturally pirated Kindle content.

Anonymous expressed support, according to IACC former chairman Barbara Kolsun revealed that, because the above brand is discussing with Alibaba to deal with counterfeit goods, so do not want to be named.

The practice of these brands also represents the awkward and contradictory relationship between the fake products and the Alibaba.

Unifab, representing about 400 brands, said in an interview with the Wall Street journal that if the Alibaba did not remove the fakes quickly, the alliance brand would take various actions against Alibaba.

Representing more than 1000 American brands, American Apparel & Footwear Association Association (referred to as AAFA), the United States clothing and footwear association is much more tough. AAFA has repeatedly expressed its dissatisfaction with Alibaba sales last year. AAFA chairman personally wrote an open letter to shell Ma Yun. At the same time, the organization appealed to The U.S. Trade Representative "American trade representative office" to reclassify Alibaba's Taobao network on the notorious market list.

On Wednesday, USTR released the 2016 Special 301 report, saying China's sales were still rampant, putting China again on the "key watch list", a total of 11 countries.

Michael Kors's legal adviser refused to interview the Wall Street journal. The company had previously indicated that it would consider entering the Tmall.com Tmall platform of Alibaba group. However, the occurrence of this incident is that Michael Kors's cooperation with Tmall will be shelved. Michael Kors has already discussed with Alibaba about cooperation and counterfeiting, but has not taken corresponding commitments.
