President

Wang Tian Kai

At the tenth annual meeting of the China spinning Roundtable forum, it was pointed out:

The new normal is simply to act in accordance with economic laws. Therefore, I believe that understanding and grasping the new normal of textile economic development can be studied and discussed from the essential link between the whole industry and the external environment and its own development and changes.

From the external situation,

Textile industry

The trend of the new normal is mainly facing four aspects: first, the acceleration of the consumption structure of domestic demand; two, the adjustment and reconstruction of international competition pattern; three, the change of comparative advantage of production factors; and four, the constraint of resources and environment.

In the face of these new changes in the external situation, the development of the textile industry will mainly present four new normal characteristics:

First, economic growth will gradually slow down and shift gears, but it does not mean a recession. The adjustment of industries will be deepened and the competitiveness of industries will be improved. It will remain at the medium speed level; two, structural adjustment will support the steady development of the industry; the three is the pformation and upgrading of innovation driven industries; and the four is the allocation of resources to optimize the textile development pattern.

At present, the new normal characteristics of the textile industry are becoming more and more prominent. It has put forward higher requirements for adjustment and pformation to the enterprises.

The pressure and challenges of enterprise development will continue to increase, but at the same time, it also implies opportunities for external development and the driving force for self improvement.

Li Yizhong, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and deputy director of the economic committee, and former Minister of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and chairman of China Federation of industrial economics, discussed two issues at the tenth annual meeting of the China spinning Roundtable forum.

First, the new normal of economic development and the new changes of the industrial economy have the following four characteristics:

First, the growth rate of China's industrial added value is shifting, shifting from high speed to high speed, just like GDP.

An appropriate slowdown in growth is conducive to reducing the pressure on the resources and environment, and at the same time, we can make up the energy for structural adjustment and deepen the reform.

Two, China's industry is in the pition period of adjustment and pformation.

The structure of investment has been optimized and adjusted, and there has been a serious surplus of capacity. The investment growth of this industry has dropped markedly.

Three, we must vigorously improve the quality and efficiency of the industrial economy.

The four is the differential development among regions, industries and enterprises.

Two, adapt to the new changes and new normal, enterprises should seek innovation, enhance endogenous motivation and internal vitality.

First of all, we should adapt ourselves to the third industrial revolution and international dual pressures and challenges. Entrepreneurs should change their concepts and enhance their motivation as soon as possible.

To actively develop strategic emerging industries, we should also increase the technological pformation of traditional industries.

Two, we should innovate the investment concept, control the reasonable growth of investment, vigorously adjust the investment structure, and standardize the investment behavior of enterprises.

Three, we should reinventing and reconstructing the concept of "reducing costs and increasing efficiency", developing automation, intelligence and informatization, and vigorously improving labor productivity.

The four is the combination of production, teaching and research. We should work hard in the word "use" to promote industrialization and commercialization of scientific and technological innovation.

The problems that plagued the textile industry for a long time have begun to be resolved, for example, the import of cotton, the difference between the international and domestic prices, and the problem of high value-added tax deduction.

Now we are pleased to see that these difficulties have begun to be resolved, improving the environment for the healthy development of our textile industry.

The textile industry is also facing severe challenges, adapting and leading the new normal. We must persist in pformation and optimization, improve quality and efficiency, create brands, improve quality, persist in innovation driven, and pform and upgrade.
