How To Make Every Hour More Effective?

It's easy for you to work eight hours a day in the workplace, and you can work nine to ten hours a day.

Occasionally you can work for 12 hours or more.

But no matter who you are, if the laws of time and space remain unchanged, you can't work 25 hours a day.

When you have problems at work, you can't spend more hours a day or a week. This is a simple and hard constraint.

We all face the same restrictions. So why do some people achieve more than others?

I often think about this recently, because I am writing a book about how successful people use their workdays.

You can find excellent people in any field.

For example, the painter LeUyen Pham, who I met with, has nine illustrations for children's paintings and paintings, which are equivalent to hundreds of paintings. Other painters rarely do this.

I also described a small financial company that grew at an annual rate of 35% under the economic downturn.

I find that these highly effective people tend to have special discipline so that they can produce more output per hour.

High efficiency is not enough - of course, they are highly efficient.

Shortening the phone time on the calendar is equivalent to not buying a discount coupon for grocery shopping in exchange for a discount, which can squeeze more minutes for you.

This is really useful.

But real wealth, whether time or money, requires you to do more.

It needs to invest in growth.

Successful people know that every working hour should not be spent just as an investment, so that you can turn your 2000-3000 hours a year into a lifetime of work that you can be proud of.

So what's the secret? When I interviewed high-efficiency people, I found this magic comes from seven daily practices:

1. pay attention to your time.

Knowing how long it takes to do this, and how long you work, then you can optimize your time based on reality rather than fantasy.

2. make plans.

The habit of thinking before doing things is established, so you can allocate your time wisely.

3. make success possible.

Reduce your to-do list, but promise to do well.

4. know what is

work

Assess the opportunity cost of all tasks that require your time.

Refuse anything that does not allow you to move forward.

Promise things that will make you more productive - including taking a break - even if it doesn't seem directly related to the work.

5. practice.

Spend every day

time

Polish up skills that are relevant to your job.

6. deposit.

Everyday in yours

Occupation

Capital account deposits.

7., pursue happiness.

Working happily will make you more efficient and creative.

So how can you spend more time in projects that are exciting and inspiring for you instead of boring things?

On a Tuesday in a week, working hours seem infinite, but actually not, life is not infinite.

Let every hour produce more, not only for us to do more, but also for us to do more important things.
