Qinghai Launched The Plan To Start College Students' Entrepreneurship

The 10 departments of the Qinghai Provincial Department of human resources and social security, the national development and Reform Commission, the education department and the finance department jointly issued the implementation plan of the Qinghai university students' entrepreneurship guidance scheme, and officially launched the implementation of the university students' pioneering guidance plan, and strive to achieve the expected goal of leading 2000 college graduates to start their own business in 2014~2017, and to promote the employment of 6000 college graduates.
