In the risk information of import clothing quality and safety, the overwhelming majority of the unqualified reasons are unqualified in Chinese instructions, accounting for more than 97% of the total garment disqualification, which is the primary reason for the quality problems of imported garments.

The use of Chinese instructions is the primary channel for consumers to obtain information about product quality and safety. Errors or deficiencies in product information about import clothing use will not only directly affect the choice and use of consumers, but also an important manifestation of the weak sense of responsibility of the main body in the operation of product quality and safety.
