If a unit commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall be fined, and the person directly in charge and other persons directly responsible shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

The first two acts have not yet resulted in serious consequences, and they should be paid before prosecution.

The remuneration for labor and the corresponding liability for compensation according to law may be reduced or exempted from punishment.

Transfer the case to public security organs in accordance with the law.
