The main reasons for the unqualified clothing products in Henan Province are surface accessories, color fastness, pH value, fiber content and product identification, These problems are related to the quality of clothing fabrics, that is, the lack of strict control in the procurement and supply of clothing fabrics, the lag in the construction of technical personnel and testing ability, and at the same time, it causes great waste to the production and operation of enterprises.

In order to ensure the overall improvement of the quality of clothing products in Henan Province and the core competitiveness of famous brand enterprises, Henan quality supervision department and Industry Association jointly carried out the construction of product quality assurance system of clothing industry in Henan Province for the first time, which will comprehensively promote the overall improvement of product quality of clothing industry in Henan Province.

The newly established "Quality Committee" will organize quality evaluation twice a year, or combine with the supervision and random inspection of the quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
