YGM Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YGM" stock number: 375.HK) is pleased to announce the signing of a sales agreement with Aquascutum Limited and its manager to complete the acquisition of the "Aquascutum" brand in the UK.

The total ownership of intellectual property rights in retail and franchise operations, certain assets related to the above business and the "Aquascutum" brand globally (except in Asia) is 15000000 pounds, or about HK $188200000.

Following YGM's acquisition in September 2009

After all the rights of intellectual property rights in Asia, we formally unified and integrated the brand, and achieved globalization and entered a new mileage.
