Jinjiang A Number Of Standard Shoes And Clothing Enterprises Plant Construction

Recently, standardized workshops in Anhai, Lingyuan, Shenhu, Xibin, Chendai and other towns (streets) in Jinjiang have been put into construction. These workshops will be completed next year, mainly attracting small enterprises.   It is understood that the industries absorbed by these standard plants are matched with the industrial clusters in various towns (streets). Anhai standard plant is located in Kemu village, Anhai Town, with a construction area of 200000 square meters and a total investment of 200 million yuan. The construction of the workshop will effectively alleviate the increasingly tense land use contradiction in Anhai Town leather industry. After all the plants are put into use, the annual output value can be increased by 1.5 billion yuan, the tax revenue will be increased by 100 million yuan, and 8000 jobs will be provided.   It is planned to invest 280 million yuan in the underwear manufacturing specialized standard workshop project invested in Shenzhen and Shanghai, a "famous underwear town in China". It is planned to build 15 6-storey standard workshops and 8 6-storey staff dormitory buildings. After completion, it will provide a broader space for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenhu Town, and attract a large number of garment enterprises with advantages and potential, especially underwear enterprises in Shenhu town.   Chendai Town, as the manufacturing base of leisure sports shoes in China, has more than 3000 shoe enterprises in its jurisdiction. With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, the demand for land has increased greatly. The standard plant in the north of the town is expected to be completed in June 2009. After the completion of the project, more than 50 small and medium-sized enterprises can settle in the project, and the annual output value may increase by 2.5 billion yuan.   Encouraging the construction of standardized workshops is an important measure for Jinjiang Municipal Party committee and government to improve the land utilization rate and ease the land use problems of small and medium-sized enterprises. The city has issued the notice on further improving the preliminary examination system of project land and the Interim Measures for supervision after approval of land for industrial projects in Jinjiang City, which has raised the entry threshold for declared projects. In principle, new productive industrial projects with an investment amount of less than 10 million yuan will not be provided with land separately, and they will be guided to enter the standard workshop.
