The Common Points Of Lien And Pledge

(1) lien and pledge are the same as security interests.

(2) the object of lien and pledge is the movable property of debtor or third party.

(3) the scope of guarantee for lien and pledge is mainly creditor's rights and their interests, liquidated damages, damages, storage costs and implementation costs.
