The India government has decided to export 5 million 500 thousand packs from November 1, 2010.

The data will be compiled and submitted to the conference of Ministers of agriculture, textiles, commerce and finance, and ministers will make decisions accordingly.

The Ministerial Conference will decide on exports, but the ministerial conference seems to be held at the end of January 2011, when India can decide whether to export cotton.
