The first phase of the project was completed and put into operation and the two phase of the commencement ceremony was held in Baoji high tech Zone.

So far, the annual capacity of Changling's spinning and weaving has jumped to 12 thousand units, becoming a milestone in the development of large-scale and specialized production.

Shaanxi Changling textile mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. is the largest textile and electronic equipment R & D and production base in the country. After years of continuous introduction of high technology and high quality marketable products, it has now formed 8 product categories of more than 40 categories. Its products are sold well to more than 4 thousand domestic textile enterprises and exported overseas.

In 2007, Changling textile and electricity invested 213 million 200 thousand yuan to build "Changling Textile Industrial Park" project in Baoji high tech Zone. After three years of construction, the first phase of the project was successfully completed, and the subsidiary facilities such as R & D office building, electronic assembly production line and comprehensive service building have been completed. The construction area is 36 thousand square meters, and the modern production lines such as the new production line tester, digital electronic yarn clearer and so on, have increased the capacity of enterprises by more than 3 times, which has greatly enhanced the competition of domestic textile electronic instruments and equipment.

It is understood that the two phase of Changling Textile Industrial Park plans to invest 156 million yuan, build a new textile machinery production base, and equipped with modern production, testing and power equipment to form an annual production capacity of 3070 textile main engine products, comprehensively improve the level of domestic textile equipment autonomy, and build an international advanced and domestic first-class textile machinery product research and development production base.

Mayor Dai Zhengshe cut the ribbon for the completion and commissioning of the first phase of the Changling Textile Industrial Park, and announced that the two phase of the project will start construction.
