LVMH group won the online auction giant Ebay again this time, this time involving flagship brand Louis Vuitton.


The high court of Paris ruled that

The court also ordered Ebay to stop using LVMH related keyword search, otherwise each search result will be fined 1000 euros.


LVMH Moull Nathalie -Berteaux, director of global intellectual property rights, said: "LVMH welcomes the outcome of such a trial. Our aim is to protect the company's trademarks from illegal use and not to mislead consumers into buying decisions."
