Nanning ASEAN Development Zone Shoes Enterprises Become The Main Force Of Absorbing Labor Force
At the special job fair on the same day, more than 50 enterprises entered the site to recruit people. They planned to recruit nearly 10000 jobs for hundreds of types of work, such as general workers, on-site management cadres, electricians, carpenters, craftsmen, warehouse keepers, argon arc welders, pattern clothing workers, and many other industries, such as clothing, footwear, food, machinery pharmacy, printing and packaging.
The reporter interviewed several applicants randomly at the recruitment site, and found that most of them came from villages in surrounding counties. It turned out that before the summer talent recruitment fair, the main leaders of the development zone went to the battle in person to "pay" for enterprise recruitment: they successively went to Shanglin, Hengxian, Long'an, Mashan, Binyang, Wuming and other counties and cities to conduct recruitment publicity and establish labor service cooperation relations; Organize enterprises to carry out small on-site recruitment activities in villages and towns, and send employment publicity to the field to attract more rural surplus labor to the development zone for employment and help enterprises solve employment problems. The move proved to be effective. On the day of the recruitment conference, many applicants were attracted. Otherwise, "even if such a recruitment conference is near the 'gate of home', there will still be many people who do not know."
