Shoemaking Machine

German shoemaking and tanning equipment ranked fourth among the largest exporting countries and regions, after Italy and Taiwan, with an export volume of 34 million euros (56 million euros in 2008). At the 2010 Guangzhou International Footwear, Leather and Industrial Equipment Exhibition, Germany once again demonstrated the high and new technologies of shoe and leather industries. Germany has the best production efficiency and flexibility in terms of shoe and leather technology to meet the latest environmental requirements.

Mr., President of Texar Mr. Klaus Freese said in an interview with the media that China is an important shoe manufacturing market, and more than 60% of the world's shoes are produced in China. German machinery is interested not only in the export proportion of Chinese products, but also in the domestic market of China. Due to the improvement of the living standard of the Chinese people and the high standard of living of the residents in the industrialized areas, the demand for high-quality products has risen.

For shoemaking and leather processing manufacturers, high technology is a very important feature of German technology. As a technology provider, "Texma" provides advanced production technology to ensure that the company is in the forefront of fierce market competition.

Quality, flexibility and efficiency are three important factors for shoe and leather product manufacturers to maintain competitive advantages. Maintaining the high quality of products can satisfy customers and thus be in a favorable position in the market. In order to help popular shoe manufacturers who pursue high-end markets in the future, flexibility is an important prerequisite above a certain quality level - for example, responding quickly to fashion trends, changes in the number of samples and orders and ensuring timely delivery of products. Productivity determines the relationship between product cost and sales price, which ultimately determines the profit of "Texma".

The largest export market of German shoe and leather technology is France, with an export volume of 1.5 million euros in 2009. Italy is the second largest market of Germany, with an export volume of 1.3 million euros in 2009. The data of German shoemaking and tanning equipment produced outside Germany and directly exported to other countries are not included in the total. German shoemaking and tanning equipment produced in China is also not included in the statistics.

In 2010, Germany has participated in Guangzhou International Footwear, Leather and Industrial Equipment Exhibition in the form of German national exhibition group for the seventh consecutive year. Ms., Marketing Director of VDMA German Garment and Leather Technology Association Ms. ElenaMecalova said when answering questions from reporters that continuous participation in the Guangzhou International Fair shows that China is an important market for German shoemaking and tanning technology, and also reflects that Chinese shoemaking and tanning industry needs German technology. German shoemaking and tanning equipment manufacturers are always developing in the direction of cost saving, innovative product technology and high quality. Chinese manufacturers producing high-quality shoes should consider using modern, efficient and flexible shoe and leather manufacturing technologies to maintain competitive advantages. New technologies must be adopted to ensure that the existing ecological hazards are stopped, the safety of work and the working environment that endangers the health of employees are improved.

She believes that German companies provide chemical and technical solutions for leather production. The production process includes preparation before tanning, such as soaking, liming, tanning to achieve leather fatliquoring, dyeing and finishing. The application of these products ensures that the utilization rate of raw materials also meets the requirements of environmental laws. Demonstrate new equipment and technical solutions for the footwear and leather industries, and provide components, tools and accessories for the footwear industry. Most enterprises produce shoe upper leather and high-quality vegetable tanned leather for the production of leather goods and saddles to display the latest products, as well as provide artificial leather materials for shoe making and leather goods industry.
