The production process of home textiles can be divided into many intermediate products, such as yarns, grey fabrics and so on.

The establishment of intermediate goods market can provide a shared sales network for a number of small and medium-sized enterprises, accumulate a large amount of market information and reduce paction risks.

The three is to establish a modern logistics service system.

Binzhou has promulgated relevant policies to promote the development of the logistics industry. We should further speed up the construction of the modern logistics service system, guide the logistics industry to combine with the textile industry, and provide the textile industry with comprehensive supply chain services including pportation, warehousing, loading and unloading, sorting, distribution and information.

Carpet and velvet spun

Qinghai Nanchuan Industrial Park, in line with the strategic plan of building "Qinghai international carpet city", is trying to build an industrial cluster with the production of Tibetan carpet as the leading industry, and build an industrial chain based on wool scouring, carding, spinning, dyeing, and Tibetan carpet.

In the "12th Five-Year" period, the "capital of Tibetan blanket" in Nanchuan Industrial Park will be the world's important production base of hidden carpet and woven carpet, which can realize 25 million square meters of woven carpet, with industrial output value of 10 billion yuan.

Nanchuan Industrial Park optimizes the allocation of resources, builds up the Western velvet knitting base as the core, and establishes the velvet spinning industrial park to realize the rapid development of the textile industry in Qinghai.

At the end of 12th Five-Year, Nanchuan Industrial Park will realize the large-scale production of cashmere spinning. The main industrial products will achieve 3000 tons of combed cashmere, 2000 tons of beef and cashmere and 2000 knitted garments, and the sales revenue will reach 20 billion yuan.
