Psychological training includes occupational stress, mental health, communication and motivation. It includes lectures, games, and other important psychological skills such as group counseling. EAP is the overall solution to occupational stress and psychological problems, including four levels of occupational stress and psychological analysis, organization and management advice, publicity and education, psychological training and psychological consultation.
