[participation procedures and rules]


1, the exhibitors shall determine the area of exhibition, fill in the application form, sign the operator and seal the official seal, provide a copy of the company's business license, fax or mail a copy of the application form and business license to the undertaking unit.


2. The undertakings shall be stamped and confirmed according to the application form of the exhibition.


3, the two sides signed the exhibition contract within 5 working days to pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit; otherwise, the contractor will not retain the booths; the remaining fee of the booth fee will be paid to the Contractor before September 30th; otherwise, the organizer has the right to mobilize and handle the booth; and the deposit will not be refunded.


4. After participating in the exhibition, the exhibitors can not cancel the application or pfer the booth without the consent of the contractor. Otherwise, the exhibitors will not refund the fees and the organizer reserves the right to adjust or handle the booth.


5, strictly prohibit the infringement of fake and shoddy products and exhibitors.

1, standard booth: RMB24000 yuan /


Description: the standard booth size is 3M * 4M, the basic configuration includes: exhibitors in Chinese and English names, carpets, 3 fencing, 2 folding chairs, 1 negotiating tables, 2 spotlights, 1 220 volt sockets (500 watts for non lighting).


2, open space: RMB1800 yuan /M2


Description: 24 square meters of rent, do not provide any configuration.
