Cooperation Between Wuhan Textile University And Hubei Xiantao

In November 6th, Wei Yiliang, a professor and expert delegation led by the party secretary of Wuhan Textile University, visited Hubei Xiantao in November 6th. Xiantao party secretary Zhou Zhihong met with Wei Yiliang and witnessed the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the Textile University of Xiantao and the town hall of Mao Zui town in Xiantao.

Liu Zaizhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of Wuhan Textile University, Yu Wenhua, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee of the Xiantao Municipal Committee, the United Front secretary and the municipal Party committee, and Zheng Zhangjun, the Secretary of the Xiantao Municipal Committee and the Secretary of the municipal Party committee, participated in the activities.

Wei Yiliang and his party went to Maoyu Xuan, HAOSI beauty, Han Shang Yi and Gu Di village on the spot inspection, to fully understand the current situation and vision of the local garment industry, and to carry out in-depth discussions and exchanges with representatives of Xiantao textile enterprises and non-woven enterprises around the issues of product design and research, brand building and marketing.

Wei Yiliang said that serving local economic and social development is the responsibility and mission of colleges and universities, and is also the hope of their own development. The textile and garment industry is a traditional pillar industry, an important livelihood industry, an industry with comparative advantages in export, and also a new and high-tech industry driven by innovation and a fashion industry led by culture. The development of garment industry in Mao Zui town has its foundation and prospects. Wuhan Textile University is willing to cooperate with Xiantao in depth, fully support the quality improvement of garment industry, brand cultivation, fabric research and development, product design, industrial chain extension and sustainable development, and continuously enhance the capability of technological innovation and transformation, contributing to the economic and social development of Xiantao and the transformation and upgrading of the textile and garment industry.

Zhou Zhihong welcomed the arrival of the expert group of Wuhan Textile University. She said that the development of Mao Zui garment industry is at its initial stage, with its foundation, funds and expectations, but it lacks talents, lacks brand and lacks core competitiveness. It is hoped that this study will serve as a good starting point for the next step of school government and enterprise cooperation, and make full use of the first-class teachers and technology advantages of Wuhan Textile University in the whole country, so as to make the direction and confidence for the Xiantao textile industry to attract celebrities and gather popularity and build up the industry university research base for the fur mouth garment industry, and expand the whole industrial chain that forms cloth design, production, processing, marketing and brand building. It will provide technological innovation wings for the long-term sustainable development of the industry and provide strong technical support, so as to build a pattern of triple win for schools, government and enterprises.

In accordance with the terms of memorandum of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the two sides will set up design research and development studio, brand building research group, marketing planning department, garment research group and entrepreneur training department in the following cooperation, and strive to make substantial progress in the field of R & D transformation, brand cultivation, activity promotion and enterprise training.
