The Secretariat of the standardization committee is affiliated with the Shanghai Clothing Research Institute, which is responsible for the formulation and revision of the 5 Garment Standards in this plan.
The final report was jointly completed by the Shanghai Clothing Research Institute and other major drafting enterprises.

To solve this problem, the director of Standardization Office of Shanghai Clothing Research Institute, Shi Qin explains: we will set up a new standard training course in all major garment industrial clusters across the country to help enterprises understand accurately.

It is also understood that the first batch of industry standards formulated and revised by the Ministry of industry and Commerce in 2010 has been revised and planned. 2620 items have been arranged, covering textile, chemical, iron and steel, building materials, nonferrous metals, aviation, light industry, electronics and other industries. There are 147 standards in the textile industry, including 144 items of product standard, 3 items of standard projects for energy conservation and comprehensive utilization.
These standards will be formulated and revised around the requirements of standardization tasks formulated by the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan.
